Assistant Asset Manager

Exciting opportunity to join one of Maine's largest Commercial Property Management companies. The Assistant Asset Manager position provides professional service to our clients' properties. A qualified candidate will have strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and prioritize.


Must have ability to multi-task and have strong interpersonal and customer services skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Capability to learn new systems and programs. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Code invoices for assigned properties.

  • Assist with annual budgeting for clients.

  • Correspond with clients, tenants, and vendors.

  • Schedule vendors and Maintenance Technicians for appointments.

  • Collaborate with Asset Manager for projects and deadlines.

  • Strong follow-up and communication skills.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Strong writing skills for monthly management reports to clients.

  • Draft contracts and requests for proposals for vendors.

  • Ability to work well with others.
