Assistant Asset Manager
Exciting opportunity to join one of Maine's largest Commercial Property Management companies. The Assistant Asset Manager position provides professional service to our clients' properties. A qualified candidate will have strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and prioritize.
Requirements:
Must have ability to multi-task and have strong interpersonal and customer services skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Capability to learn new systems and programs. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

Code invoices for assigned properties.

Assist with annual budgeting for clients.

Correspond with clients, tenants, and vendors.
-
Schedule vendors and Maintenance Technicians for appointments.

Collaborate with Asset Manager for projects and deadlines.

Strong follow-up and communication skills.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Strong writing skills for monthly management reports to clients.

Draft contracts and requests for proposals for vendors.

Ability to work well with others.
