Brian Brooks joined Boulos Asset Management in 2016 as a Property Manager, overseeing a portfolio of Class A and Class B office properties, as well as a mixed-use residential asset totaling more than 1.5 million square feet. In this role, he was responsible for tenant relations, tenant fit-outs, maintenance of historic buildings, and the oversight of on-site staff.

 

In 2020, Brian was promoted to Director of Property Management, where he assumed responsibility for leading the Property Management and Maintenance teams across the State of Maine and southern New Hampshire. During his tenure in this position, he implemented industry-leading building management software across the company’s managed real estate portfolio, enhancing operational efficiency and property performance.

 

Brian currently serves as President of Boulos Asset Management, where he continues to focus on introducing innovative technologies and operational strategies that improve building performance and enhance tenant satisfaction.

 

Prior to joining Boulos Asset Management, Brian managed a real estate portfolio on behalf of the CEO of a Fortune 50 financial services company.

 

Brian resides in Durham with his wife, Nadia, and their two children.
