Brian joined Boulos Asset Management at the beginning of 2016 as Property Manager overseeing a portfolio of Class A office towers, Class B office space, and a mixed use residential asset totaling over 1.5 million square feet. Brian’s versed in tenant relations, tenant fit ups, maintaining historical buildings, zero based budgeting, and oversight of site staff. Brian previously managed a portfolio for the COO of a Fortune 50 Financial Service Company.
