Mallory osborne - property Manager

Mallory joined Boulos Asset Management in November of 2022 as a Property Manager with a portfolio of commercial and residential properties in Southern Maine. She provides quality care for her properties while also offering great customer service to clients and tenants.

​

Prior to joining the Boulos Asset Management team, Mallory worked as a leasing agent for Princeton Properties for four years. She then managed market rate and affordable residential properties in Portland for one year. She is a Maine native and studied Marketing and Mass Communication at the University of Maine.

Mallory coordinates and supervises daily building operations while also managing maintenance personnel, tenant requests, client relations and vendor management. She strives to manage her properties efficiently with great care and attention.
