Karen Wagner - Asset manager

 

Karen began her career in property management in California, where she managed more than one million square feet of office and retail space. During this time, she also served as a Marketing Manager, supporting leasing efforts, property branding, and tenant communications.

After relocating to the East Coast, Karen expanded her background by gaining hands-on experience in residential and condominium management, working closely with residents, condominium boards, and ownership to support daily operations, maintenance coordination, and administrative functions.

Karen joined the Boulos team as an Asset Manager in 2025, where she oversees day-to-day operations of commercial properties, including tenant relations, vendor management, budgeting support, and maintenance coordination to ensure assets are well maintained and perform at a high level.

Karen is known for her organized, proactive approach and strong communication skills. She places a high priority on building positive relationships while maintaining high standards for property appearance, safety, and overall performance.
