rick donald - CPA, Chief financial officer

Rick joined Boulos Asset Management in 1995 as Controller. In his current role as Chief Financial Officer, his responsibilities include management of the accounting, finance and treasury functions for the Company and 90 separate real estate entities and operating companies.  Mr. Donald negotiates financing for maturing or above market debt obligations, coordinates acquisition and financing for new developments, property dispositions, pro forma financial analysis, financing advisory services, operating and capital budgeting, forecasting, lease analysis and due diligence.

 

Mr. Donald was formerly employed as a Certified Public Accountant with Ernst & Young.
